I have been using their services for almost an 10 years, off-late the service has become pathetic. My daughter joined for swimming classes and I paid for an year subscription, it was unfortunate a few days since the start, she had skin allergy and doctor said to avoid swimming to recover from the same. I produced the medical certificate and it was just a week, they have not refunded or given me an response to the concern. what would you call them?
