My friend had got a very bitter experience form Magic Moments as he got to know about the firm in social media and hired to his wedding couple of years back in 2019 providing them 85% in advance. But still they haven't got any update on work completion, later they aren't responded properly to him and demanding more for extra sheets to get the job done. It seems highly unfair & unprofessional.

Don't trust these fraudsters. It has been 2 years since my brother's marriage. Still they didn't give us the album. 2 years for an album? It's ridiculous. And now they are demanding more money than we agreed to give the album to us. Please avoid this scammers and choose any other photographers.

Me and My brother had experienced their services for my brother's engagement and marriage photography and videography.... inspite of complete 100% payment before engagement and 85 % payment on marriage, still they did not provide us the video,album and source files for both engagement and marriage.They are casually responding that , we had missed your file and now we had recovered the file. Our family function took on March 10 2019 and June 13,14 2019 but still they did not provide the copies and source file, it's been 2years from the function.But demanding around 500 INR per extra sheet for album which was not explained or agreed at the time of order.After the function they think they have the hold of important files of important function , they demand money thinking the customers will provide but we stood against their activities,we had moved to legal complaint. My message to magic moments team is don't put fake reviews to adjust the rating after this review, which u had done earlier,if u continue that we will provide the chat , legal notice And audio recordings of your team in social media's.A good team expects review from customers after completion of successful work only frauds do fake reviews to get customer instead of serving them better.My suggestions is choose any other service providers don't get cought with this fraud team.

Cheat! Will take photo but never return the photos to us! BLACK MAILING KING! Fake person!! Count your days We yadav's will never get afraid and are going to give you back! Thretening for money! will take photos now and then threten us with asking lot of money later else threten that they delete all photo! Go and beg for money! Worst studio in the town! Money minded! Better move on to some profession! Making money by playing with customers sentiments. Moving behind money and not behind the job you will face the consequences. Your replies for reviews are quite annoying.You are asking for SIN in the name of money. You will get them back surely! Looting all the money! WEBSITE are fakely designed!

Highly Not Recommended. There is no professionalism in the way of communication and one will get irritated as much as possible by their response to get the deliverables. My sister Engagement was over on Feb 2 and I was said the teaser and videos will be delivered on March 20. It was not delivered either no response for the delay. Secondly the office pals said they will provide by March end no response again. Finally when I called them they replied saying work is going on and will take till April 15. I was annoyed to the core and asked them to refund the amount paid then they promised me that it will be ready by 5th April and yes today is 5th April and haven't got any response yet. I really wonder the 5 mins video / teaser to be delivered they take more than two months and what would happen for the Marriage vedios and albums. So if you are patient enough you can go ahead with Magic Moments. Thank you Magic Moments for your professionalism and the timely deliverables.

They are not fit for marriage or function photography...they are eligible for the photos to post in instagram.Our marriage was completed by June 14,2019 , inspite of 85% of advance payment still they didn't complete the work.Now they are not responding and making to make up money demanding for extra sheets .
