Decided to do the under body anti rust treatment during the first free service and there was paint on the wheel arches while taking delivery. Look at the picture to see how sub standard the job has been done. Wonder how good the actual treatment on the body is? Totally disappointed with their service.

Very worst service. The service center has taken 15 days time to replace a wiring component and the simple reason is that they have ordered a wrong part. Customer has to take the brunt for their mistake and they don’t take any ownership or provide a standby vehicle. The vehicle was completely covered in slush and mud when I went for an informed inspection a day before delivery. Reason they give is that due to rains, there is mud in the body shop. Horrible experience of 15 days of interacting with the insensitive and callous folks in this service center. They treat your cars like trash cans and hardly have any sense in understanding or fixing the issue. Simple conclusion from my experience- Stay away from this place if you love your car.

After service reverse camera display was not working .when we revisited the service center they did not have enough equipment like spares ,diagnostic tools to check the issue and the reply was like we are not sure how many days to resolve the issue and also if any parts needs to be replaced we need to wait for atleast three days to get it fixed . Under chasis wash was not done during annual service
