Very poor. Advisor misguided on charges - the final bill contained very high charges than what he said. They try to include normal periodic maintenance services into Value Added Services & thus Charge extra for it.. Very strange thing is before servicing the car they say they have to sanitize the car for which we have to pay - which is included in the bill !! Very much dissatisfied with Manchester Honda Pollachi..It seems daytime Piracy...Would not come back again

They don't have body shop and doing sales and general service. I have given my jazz for 2nd paid service. They are not listening properly what I said. They not even register my complaints. After got my jazz I found damage near glove box. It's highly not recommended.
