The showroom/ dealership is well maintained and has amazing staff. We purchased two vehicles from Sundaram Motors and haven't faced any issues. Vignesh from the sales team is very knowledgeable and helpful. He understood our needs and helped us with our queries with utmost patience and professionalism. The service team does a wonderful job everytime our cars are taken in for a service or any complaints.

Worst people inside the office ...very bad manners ... especially the HR and his associates very bad behaviour and egoistic character .it's frivolity to keep such person in a best company like this , I m very much disappointed

Guys , the professionalism , which one appreciates in mercedes benz is lost,I feel like giving my car here for service was the worst decison i could have made , and it has costed me an excess of 40000 , which is a total loss for me . I request you to stay away from this dealership , go for some place else . You wont regret it .. They are lazy and dont provide any effort to help a customer .
