This is a long post so stay with me. Double standards on behaviour and irresponsible brand. I've been a customer with my popcorn for the past 2 years but they don't mind whether you are a long time customer or a new customer everyone are the same. I booked my equipment on 11 December 2020 2:00 pm for a shoot but when I came to pick up the equipment I forget to bring my wallet because of some personal reasons. They were very strict on their policies which I respect as this is a rental business it's really hard to trust anyone. But those policies should be followed by them also I booked the kit for pick at 2:00 pm and was in the process of making the proof for pickup ready because I was not able to produce it when I came to pick up the kit and where they didn't show any mercy for an old customer, but when I made my proof ready by 3:00 by my staff, he was made to wait for more than 1 hr to get it ready and also with just 1 point battery on the 1dX mark 2 which came only by then. And shutdown at the middle of the shoot. But when I asked for the reason for the low battery their answers were so unprofessional like the person before that didn't bring the charger and we couldn't go and buy a new charger as it costs more than Rs.19000. if you are so strict with your policies then you should also be strict with what you promise to deliver. If you can't do that please stop acting like the most responsible brand out there and start being more flexible to your customers. If you want us to understand your issues then you should also understand our issues. When I came to return the kit intentionally late after 2hrs on the next day they were so clever not to bring that up because I have already been a person who has questioned them on their policies. And gave me a concession on price which they don't give to anyone. All I wanted was a sorry which I didn't receive. Stop acting like you are the only person who is very responsible and start behaving like one.

Sony 70-200 GM is of worst quality U cant shoot after 135mm f2.8..I had Imformed their staffs..but yet problem prevails.. We cant ask questions on tht..as we will be paying in advance for problematic lens.. we have to manage with that.. And pop corn collects cheque leaf and original aadhar card for lens rental.. Handling a valuable cheque with pop corn to get a fault lens is real worst. There might be a security issue regarding this.. If someone broke lens and we rented them next day..then we will get lock... Change ur policies..that will step u up.. Thank u...

I have been renting equipment with my popcorn for over past 2-1/2 years. The machines and lenses are really in good condition. They are maintaining their machines and lenses very well. Keep up the great work guys.

Very worst service, I everseen this kind of behaviours with client's. They giving rental cameras also doesn't working properly, if we return that un working product in hour, they charge and cheating the people.
