Not a bad experience. Customer service was better and they are very cool guys for a more interactive person. But I felt they interact just to gain the ratings but still no issues. It is just an ethics followed by every organization. Last month I had a hair cut in greentrends and they washed my hair after the haircut. But in naturals they don't do that unless we ask I guess. Bcoz the person near me had a hair wash after haircut. But I don't know what's wrong when it was my turn.

Hi , last week was my first experience over here. I went for waxing and threading. The place was so calm with melody songs which gives some peace to heart. The service was also good but the threading (Full arms - hands) they did was not satisfied at all. Once when I am back to home, I checked my hands and i went down after that. That wasn't worth for the money I paid. Kindly try to provide training for the girls who do the service in a perfect way.
