We had very timely and efficient support for two of our elders in the family when one of them had a underwent a surgery during this pandemic, when none of us could travel to Coimbatore. We approached Onelife after getting the reference from the internet. To start with Mr.Anguraj in sales provided us the details and followed thru with a visit in less than 12 hours. From there on he enabled for support staff to start immediately, with the entire coordination and enablement seamless. This was the need of the hour and no time was wasted. We had two nurses, Mr Vijaykumar and Ms.Kanagavalli Puvaneswaran who started their medical support. They exhibited professionalism and skill in supporting us post surgery for three weeks. Mr Vijaykumar stayed continuously for two weeks as safety was required due to the Covid 19 situation. Right thru the three weeks Anburaj was reviewing the progress to assess the required level of support. We had back end support from Ms Sivaranjani, Nurse Manager and final feedback follow up from Ms.Deepa from the Quality department. They were professional and were open to feedback to further improve on their services rendered. Had a good experience there too.
