Thank u ottobock for giving me and my husband hope again . After 1 year finally i am able to walk. The instructions given by subhadeep sir was very clear. I am happy with the service here

Very good service. I was taken care of Mr.chandra babu and Mr.gopinath. initially i felt the price given for this product was bit expensive. As german products are always on expensive side. But quality is satisfactory. Service is entirely free rather than spares. Staffs are very polite and eager. Feel free to ask So many questions, as they may forget to explain sometimes. Overall good experience and quick.

Worst manager. He is Hindi guy. Worst behavior. I haven’t seen like this guy in my lifetime. I don’t know how he can be a manager there. Ottobock management please take action on him. And customers, Please don’t go friends. There is no support. Hello ottobock Coimbatore, God is there. So please be mindful. Give respect to your customers.

Hello Everyone..Im a Physician from Tirunelveli.. I came to ottobock in 2017.. They were just fantastic.. They were very supportive and made the transition of my gait to Prosthetic support very easy.. There has been a lot of tough times, when i needed their support and they were always upto it.. Especially Chandrababu sir, Sathish sir and Mohanty sir were very friendly... And they are very innovative and made every possible effort to support me even during the lock down period... Thanks to OTTOBOCK...They have made Quality of lives better...

I am Lingeswaran. We ordered below knee prosthesis with IC10 foot for my Mother. Mr.Mahesh and Mr.Sathish guided us to finalise the product, best suits her need. Mr.Subhadeep helped to tune the product and trained her. The hospitality and the over all services are very good.
