A great place for group workouts and personal training. Selva the trainer is really good and gives individual attention and knows how to address individual concerns. I saw a significant reduction in my tummy after going there religiously for a month. This place is definitely worth it's 5 stars.

Selva sir is very dedicated and keeps you going even when you want to stop. He is a great inspiration for me and has helped me build a lot of muscle and core strength which I could not have done otherwise . A superb trainer and well-versed in how to deal with people with various health issues.
