I was an employee of QBSS for 1 year. As an employee, the work environment provided by the company is just what you will be expecting to put your efforts in. I joined QBSS as a fresher but never really felt descriminated from or by the senior employees. Whenever I needed a clarification or help regarding my work, I had been provided with the freedom to ask anyone. No professional hierarchy will come in between if you need to clarify your doubts or need any kinda help in QBSS. I was been trained by Vicky Paul ( our vicky anna )who is a process GC and Team leader. He never left us behind in our hard times. With the solid one month training I got from him, I grew a kind of confidence within myself which had helped me a lot during any kind of hard times. Neil, Arasu, Jai, Vignesh, Mani, Simla, Nandha - a few names I'll never forget. All of them as my own brothers, stood by me and helped me a lot to develop my skills. QBSS being a company handles an end to end work flow which include a wide variety of works such as coding, charge entry, analysis etc. and this opens a door of wide range of opportunity for us to build up a strong future.
