Been going for a month now and in my opinion the training is effective , intense and filled with fun.The trainers are very professional , Friendly and highly enthusiastic ,Also they provide good attention of each individual according to their ability. The group activities are effective at the same time you will NOT get bored. One thing I wanted to mention is that I was going through some ankle pain and joint pains due to my work nature which is gone now with the help of stretching exercises they provide..Cheers!
