Don't take policy from this company.... Then you have to cry for the claim. They won't reply for any think. Be care full. You will get only this reply. Am having two policy from them for past six year. When you go for claim you have pray for the god to pick ur call. At the time of renewal you get two calls per day. All negative will match this company. I think irda workers Sleeping by getting salary. Every time they will promise will call you back 2days. Same think they told 36times in past 6month but still am waiting for there call. It's very good company if you ate not going for claim.

Without my knowledge they renew the insurance policy.. No sms or mail information from their side. Then how can they renew my policy.. I have no idea to continue the policy but they.. renewed and debit amount from my credit card.

Well. All I wanted to do was to renew an insurance. In this day and age, something which should take hardly few minutes, took almost a week and still no renewal. Greedy agents, linked to by the staff who work at this branch make sure the customers get taken for a ride. Think twice before you use this branch. Utter disgrace to the Royal sundaram brand
