VERY POOR RESPONSE from RS Enterprise for servicing IFB Washing machine after getting AMC. These people are cheating customers to put AMC. After receiving money they are not responding to the AMC Customer. Also if you register complaint through IFB Customer care, this service people closing complaint call with out attending the complaint. Both IFB and RS ENTERPRISES are very pooooooooooooor., Dear Buyer, DONT BUY ANY IFB BRAND PRODUCTS, DONT GO FOR THROUGH RS ENTERPRISE FOR SERVICING YOUR WASHING MACHINES. MAINLY DONT PUT AMC

VERY POOR SERVICE & NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY A Technician Insisted me to Apply for A.M.C (Annual Maintanence) for which he promised they will check and service my washing machine in a regular Interval. But for the past two months I have called them atleast more than ten times. Once a Technician came and Pretended to repair the problem. I raised a Complaint to IFB regarding this and after that the way that these people form R.S Enterprises approached us was different. They are not responding my call . * A.M.C is a Eye wash please do not subscribe to it. *R.S Enterprises is not customer Friendly
