Doctors are very expert especially Mr.Senthil sir & Ramamoorthy sir who are pioneers in Ortho field & but there is no proper maintenance.As there are no people doing body temperature check in entrance.This may lead to severity in COVID 19 spreading & chances are very higher.Also administration staff's are very ride & not speaking in polite way & also not giving proper feedback to the queries of patients.

All you can see is the most impatient receptionist with full of attitude.. The doctors are good there but the way receptionist treats you when you call for an appointment will make you doubt to go there.. please kindly change the receptionist or ask them to be polite.

Today morning I met the senior doctor. Such humble and perfect doctor. Compare to the fees and x ray charges is very comfortable for all. I recommend to the senior doctor for ortho specialist. But difficult to fix the appointment. But nice service sir. Thanks

PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS DOCTOR. In the pretence of suggesting "don't get surgery", this doctor just peddles manage the pain for at long as you can without considering the long term impact of this harmful suggestion. Of course a surgery is not required in many cases and 100% healing is possible given proper care and time, but his approach to this is not a healthy one. He chastised me for my condition and then proceeded to instill free in me for my choices. Which doctor behaves like that? Instead of helping me manage my problems, all he did was fan the flames of fear. The reception is the worst, the wait time is horrible, and the doctor, quite frankly, deluded. Please get a second, third, and multiple other opinions besides his. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

I have taken my grandpa here for knee pain. As per consulting with Dr.Ramamoorthy my Grandpa had to go for knee surgery but due to his age recovering time will take more, so he truly suggested not to do operation and continue tablets with Steroid injections whenever my grandpa gets more knee pain. Also he suggested not to climb stairs and walk for so long. I felt doctor was so truthful to words patients and not money minded like other hospital doctors. Also he has never taken consulting fee for meeting him and prescribed tablets for free of cost. We paid only for tablets. If doctor put steroid injection then we have to pay hundred rupees. But real concern about the hospital is the staffs who work here is little rude with patients and not responding properly for the questions. Hope doctor will look into this issue and make the staffs to respond to patients in a good and polite manner. Overall it’s a good hospital and located in heart of the city. I recommend this hospital for orthopaedic problems.

Ridiculous and very worst response from the lady who books appointment.. As I wanted appointment from Dr.Senthilnathan I was informed to book appointment between 7AM and 7.15AM as it is the time for appointment. I was trying for past one week but no one response at that time.. So today I called at 6.58AM but the replied it's 6.57 in her watch and she won't take appointment. She asked to call me back at 7AM. Though am fed up to the core considering my mom's health I called her again but no response. I wonder why this hospital is still working it's better to shut down instead of this kind of response.
