Very very unsatisfied. On servicing they broke my extra fitting and now I'm in loss and they say that new spare is not available waited from morning till evening expecting that they had a standard and reached out to them by taking my bike from a different district to them after finishing my night shift without sleeping. Have been promised that they have ordered a new spare for me anyway I have to pay. But will update surely on their responsibility or it is just like they do whatever and leave whatever. Kept my bike without a scratch past 3 years and now complete mess ... hard to see a hard earned money spent on bike and this happening in front of you. And the adjustment in the fork is also bad ,a person who as used the same bike 3 years everyday would definitely know whether the fork is working fine or not and if it is the way the mechanic tells then I have serviced my bike past 3 years in so many service centers but have not had an issue but yet it was finally adjusted and hope it could not cause any problem in the future. Hope so they meet their standards atleast by keeping their promise. Waiting for my new spare of extra fitting and now have to waste my time and money with the petrol expenses and everything just because of their mistake. Ready to face it just for my bike hope so I get my extra fitting very soon and it is not just a fake promise just to escape from this. Completely upset because of this incident due to the outcome of the service. ** the owner reverted back due to this issue and acknowledged all the details and assured on helping me was satisfied on his words hope so he makes everything fine as he promised that he would help me getting this fixed within the next one week** appreciate his willingness to help.

I gave them my two-wheeler, which I had been driving for a long time during the Corono period, for repair... I was very surprised and happy when I got back. Shifting gears is so easy to me after this service... They have also fixed the chain sprocket issue... Also the water service is so awesome...Quality service can be accessed without guessing them. Service Cafe is a trust worthy bike service center that I have come across in Coimbatore. Recently I gave my Honda bike for an end to end service and I wanted to take their time to have a thorough check up and service. They did a very decent service and I found the bike to be very smooth and comfort. Their service cost is all also very reasonable. Their garage environment is also well maintained and clean. Hope they keep their standards always. Good luck.

I'd given my Pulsar RS 200 and they provided a good service. Best in the business in Coimbatore city, Good Customer Service, Timely delivery, A bit costly though, Much better than a showroom service. If you do not want to compromise on quality over money, Service Cafe is the rite place.

I took my Duke 250 to address some minor issues that were introduced by official KTM service center after my paid service with them. The advisors and mechanics in ServiceCafe were very courteous and friendly. They have a proper work station equipped with bike lifts. Highly recommended
