I purchased a pattu pavadai for my sister's daughter. My sister is in dharmapuri. We needed the product in 4 days. They helped us with measurements through a video call. The tailors were very patient throughout the call. When we received the product, the top was slightly tight. But it was adjustable. They gave the option to loose and tight. During the event, Risna was the talk of the day. Excellent matching. Sheer quality. High product richness. I was skeptic about the price initailly. But it was worth every penny. Go for it guys..

I had ordered a dress for my 5 months old niece. I had speciafically ordered for the size 6months to 1 year. I was told by the team that it would fit. The dress was delivered to USA. It didn't fit my niece at all. I was so disppaointed as there was a function at home. I am trying to reach to the team and nobody is responding to me. Until the order was placed they were quite prompt and responsive. The dress reached on time and apparently the quality of the dress is also good.

order no 14139-Half Saree 5* for stitching and delivery to USA. - Very nice stitching with kachchu(extra stitching) for room to grow. Fit very well. 4* for customer service - they should have informed me when the shipping dates changed instead of waiting till I inquired when I didnt receive package on the date they said I d receive. 1* for the dress - The material/fabric was very rough and had a weird smell as if its been stocked for years. Its a new over 100 dress which we had to give for dry wash. I understand there would be slight difference between online pics and actual dress, but it looked dark red in the online pic, which was actually an orangish brick red. Not happy with the purchase.
