I am posting a review on behalf on my wife who had a very bad experience with them. “Their bags are of very bad quality and their customer care is atrocious. My friend and I bought 2 bags worth 3000 each from their pop up stall in Brookefield and the clasp came apart within the 2nd day of its use for both of us.When I called to complain regarding the same the owner very arrogantly passed on a number of some person who I was to contact. When I called the person concerned the first time he politely agreed to change the clasps and sent someone over to pick the bags from my home. After checking the bags he called back to say that the whole lot of bags in that batch had similar complaints and promised that he will send me the replacement for the bags. All this happened a month and a half back. I am still waiting for the bags and on being contacted several times been given some very rude replies of “I am not in town so I can’t do anything about it”. The last contact I made was through Whatsapp 2 days back wherein the person concerned promised that my bag will be sent yesterday. Still waiting for the bag. All this after they take photos of both my friend and me for their insta post of 13th October 2018 where in they put in the post as “great show with happy customers”. My friend and I have already lost our money so please think before you buy their products.” Update 15.03.2019: I wanted to update on the situation of the bags. After the post, I got a prompt reply in which they apologised and came personally to deliver the bags to my house next day. They have apologised profusely and have accepted that it was a lapse on their part due to logistical issues.
