There is a general decline in customer service from the days following establishment. 3-4/10 time i have faced billing issues. The staff used to be courteous but are no more. It feels like they feel customers are a burden. The staff there seem tired and worn out. Hope the management takes care of them.

Bought two black forest cake at Spar's mini restaurant this morning along with other snacks for Rs.240. For take away. It was crispy, smelled so bad, and couldn't even eat. How dare they sell these kind of stuffs... Very bad!!!!
