POOR ATTITUDE OF SERVICE MEN AND CASHIER. PEOPLE WITH NEGLIGENCE MIND SET BY ITS DAILY CROWD. SINCE HOTEL IS A SERVICE INDUSTRY AND REPEATED WALK-IN IS DECIDED HALF BY SERVICE ON PAR WITH FOOD TASTE AND QUALITY. WHATEVER IT MAY BE, WHICH DOESN'T TENDS TO CHANGE DOESN'T GROW. NEED BETTER SERVICE ATTITUDE, MAINLY CASHIER HAS TO CHANGE THE BEHAVIOUR SPEAKING IN SINGULAR WITH CUSTOMER, THROWING COINS AND CURRENCIES ON TABLE, NOT ANSWERING PROPERLY FOR QUERIES. Other restaurants may come and go, but when it comes to original taste of 'tiffin' items, there's still only one, Annapoorna. True, they appear a bit more commercialized these days, but that may be excused considering the sheer daily footfall at their branches. Despite this, it's amazing how they are able to attend to each and every customer in a personalized manner!
