I bought Suzuki Burgman from here. The scooter battery developed issues after 2 weeks of operation. Following up for last 5 days and no one is bothered to know why it failed or if they can come and check the vehicle. There is clearly a lack of ownership here and i have to call 3 different ppl only to know when someone is coming and investigating the issue. Very disappointed.. Update: After raising concern to Suzuki. Finally now my issue is sorted. Their service manager Hakeem has taken lead to understand the issue and help resolve. Thanks Hakeem.

Worst service that I haven't seen in my life This is not expected from an authorised service centre EVEN local service man do better then them. Didn't do proper tighten to the fasteners. Due to this happened. I have shared the picture below

Very WORST and WASTE bike service,WORST customer service. They service only to devastating the name of suzuki in Coimbatore. I general serviced my gixxer there,after service noticed instrument cluster clock time gets reset each time of ON,to rectify that I went again.After 1.5 days with my bike with them they dint do anything and asking additional 2 days time because they don't know to rectify it,still the problem persists,further to it they bended brake lever due to mishandling our bike. RECOMMENDATIONS Even if you bought bike there - Don't give service to them atleast you won't get new problems.

Very poor customer service. No response from staff. Sales person not wearing masks. No social distancing. Price on higher side compare to other dealers. Overall very poor service. Management should take care of this

An INDIAN - Always a common man

Very poor customer service, the sales person both the genders they not even ready to attend the customer to sit and speak, they are really not in intention to do the good customer service to the customers who visit there showroom. Really disappointed, decided to book a vechile on my visit but there attitude makes to change my mind not to buy the bike here. Kindly please avoid these kinds of showrooms

One of the worst suggestion I gave to my friend for a accidental bike service. Customer have to pamper the managers for their services. Even for printed billing, the customer had to request like "Sir kindly provide us the bill to pay" that too for more than twice.

Ver very worst sales and service team . I have taken to rto registration for 4 times .and. Sales manager babu and advisor bala they are very worst in service. My scootercome with defective bend rear tyre and mis aligned front fork before taking delivery from showroom raised these complaints they not rectified it and argue with me it's normal and service manger Vishnu and Akim I had also raised these complaints to them they also not rectified these complaint on first service and argue with me it's norrmal they will not give u respect and they hit my scooter on wall and make it skratch bcoz of careless driving very irresponsible showroom and service centre .please don't go for thus useless showroom
