The staff was very lazy to show around! They try to sell diseased plants first, be aware, you pick the plants! Do not tell the staff to pick up. Overall great collection!

My friend being hobby of have a garden always prefer a varieties of good option of plant for the home. Instead of having a lot of places he only prefer this one. Today I came to know why because of lot of collections they have. Staff is friendly also suggests you a options according to your choice. A lot of space they have to present their collection in a good manner.

Cheating They are selling Cocopet Coir as 5kg bag but actually it's weight is 4.5kg, 500gms loss to me they are cheating in the selling of coirpet....don't bye coirpet in Balaji nursery

They have wide variety of indoor, outdoor & pond plants, succulents, potters, figurines for gardens, vertical garden accesories, red sand & watering pots. This is one spot for all garden needs. When you visit never imagine of bargaining as the owner couple won't reduce a single penny even of you purchase for 10k. This behaviour and the rigid way they reply when we bargain feels bad.

I would like to express my worst experience with Sri Balaji Rose Garden and sincerely hope they take this as a feedback. I had purchased lots of plants last month worth 1000 rupees from this place. Unfortunately at least three plants that they gave died. I tried calling the number displayed in Google to tell this feedback. First of all I sincerely doubt the person who spoke was the owner. He was very rude. The main intention that I had was to give feedback that the plants had died and incurred a loss of atleast 300 rupees. The person started telling that it might be because of mishandling and not supplying enough of water. Without investing it further , asking the pictures he came to a conclusion and started blaming me. In my opinion I did all possible best practice that needs to be done. I don’t think this is the way the customer has to be dealt with. Try sympathising at the feedback first before contradicting answers. I really wanted to send this review since I still have a feeling that the person who spoke was not the actual owner and believe they take this feedback and do not repeat such behaviour with customers in future.

This nursery is just 5 min drive from our home. We usually go there. Regarding the price, it changes ( increases) every time we visit this place.. too expensive nowadays.. They have good collection, but not well maintained.
