I would like to start this review by saying the quality of the door is good, other than that everything is worst. What I meant is the customer service is very poor and people who work there are no more helping the customers We went four times to the shop, And we thought of getting two doors. one is single lock and other one is six lock, Since we are altering our house we broke the wall And waited for this door for 15 days approximately without any safety and they promised us they will deliver the door within two days but it actually took more than a week and even the response is very bad, they said we haven’t selected the door Moreover they they gave us only two options for the 16,000 I think they are trying to sell me the Rs.26,000 door but what I want is 16,000 The best thing which I did is getting a single door What I am saying is the customer service is very poor if you’re willing to wait for a week or two to get this metal door , then it’s your option or else you can look for other shops but i have to mention the quality is good. Service is very baddd....
