Very bad experience. Doesn't have any business ethics. Asked for bolero pick up and they have sent bolero maxi truck after 2hrs. (smaller size). Worst service and doesn't seem to be bothered about the service. _------------ Fyi I clearly cost for pickup. You don't seem to employ people who listen to customer requirements. I lost a business because your excellent service. Will never recommend you again to any one

No guarantee of goods if we send through them.0 stars for this company.also we had intimated all our friends not to use their service.. although we are customers here for more than 5 years we faced bad experience... ...................... You should hv mentioned while booking that ladders are not accepted. We told clearly that ladder is being shifted. But for bookings you confirmed.Now coming to the point that after your auto got accident you should clarify with your driver that the way he used was wrong.. It is just basic thing.. Regarding ROZO... We never met this type of guy who handle the problem in a worst way.ROZO NEVER SUPPORTED THROUGHOUT BUT HE IS THE ROOT CAUSE for WHAT HAPPENED AFTER THE ISSUE.He also doesn’t know the decency to speak or handle with customers .. Earlier the company had customer value.. We booked your auto , you made accident, you handle it so harshly with people like ROZO and we paid for our things. Everything is your mistake but we paid.. ................... We will advise public not to take TRUCK TAXI service.. No guarantee of your belongings...

Last week we used the services. we experience the both good and the bad. The good things are - Cost effective - On time - Experience people and their support. Worst things are - we lost our silver lamp and a laptop bag while unloading the things. Worst incident happened.
