I spoke to mr mani for a cook only for lunch..initially he was very responsive and i deposited 5000 in his account for service. The maid was good n came for about 20 days. Then she was ill and stopped coming. Thereafter all the calls to mr mani or his office were left unanswered. No response from his side and no replacement was provided..since then have been trying his no. But he is not picking up. Pathetic response and unprofessionalism at its peak is how i will define velan home care. So please guard against such cheats in this industry and refrain from using his services.
