I was a bit skeptical about it being new travels and all but I was proven wrong. Comfortable and cozy ride with very courteous staff. They made it within the promised time. My new favorite travels.
Every thing about travel is well. Starts from saravanampatti and easy access for people located near by.
I’ll not recommend this travels to any of my friends. I am a very regular traveller to chennai-Bangalore, Bangalore-Chennai, and mostly I used to travel in VHB travels. But i decided Not to travel in this(VHB) travels again from now. I have requested him to stop for a minute but he didn’t. And he is getting irritated when I requested for a 1min stop. Stupid bus operator and staff.Worst service. Atleast they should have minimum common sense.
Hai VHB travels, Yesterday (16/1/19) my self & my husband traveled from Salem to Chennai by this travels, we didn't book the tickets through online but through some travel agency we got ticket by spot itself (upper seat no. 14 & 15) @ salem by 11.30 pm. About the bus is too good, but i dont know what is wrong with the driver, Urapakkam school stop is usual stop, even when we asked cleaner about this stop available he said they will stop. We reached urapakkam by 4.45 when we asked the driver to stop on that place he shouted and he said they didn't stop in the middle road etc... and the worst thing with the driver is he didn't give time to get down the bus, one of my leg in road another one is in bus footstep in this situation he started moving the bus, he said that already bus is late we have to move soon. He need to take care of the time management, why we are choosing the private buses, they will stop some particular places, though we have pay the amount you people are behaving too worst. worst and worst driver i have ever seen..
Dear Passengers I was travelled Chennai to coimbatore 23rd Dec 2018 8:45 pm . But they stared 9:50 from koyampad . It's already late and my dropping point coimbatore - Saravapatti but they said already late so we going to bus garage for Tyre change . I had inconvenient and very poor service provided by VHB Travels. Johnglady.Coimbatore
Very worst customer service. We travelled Bangalore to Coimbatore. They told to departure from thin factory station and check in time would be 10 pm. Once we got entered into the bus they didn't switch on the AC. After many struggle and all passengers compliant driver switched on the AC. The time.delay is unprectitable.
