Very bad attitude by the person who is handling purchases,we have purchased two times more than 80000 rupess.Compared to other place price is little bit less that’s why again we ordered even product quality is not fair.All things we can adjust but if we are telling any complaint they will not reply. They will read all messages but they will not mind it.This message I am writing for the owner of this buisness firm .Please Dont put this type of staffs for better buisness.I am not telling against your firm but your staff who is handling online puchase having bad attitude in future it will affect your Buisness

they are focused only on money. poor quality generators. we purchased 5000 watts generator and it outputs only 2000 watts. called the shop but no gives proper response

bad quality generators. i purchased 3.5 kva in january and it ran just for 4 hours and it had complaint. called the shop and owner is shouting badly.he is telling we mishandled the generator. only 1300 watts of led bulb was connected in the wedding hall. waste of money.

worst products. i purchased kisan kraft petrol engine water pump 2 inch size in december for my farm in kollam. the shop owner told me that the pump is made in bangalore and all spares are available. pump ran for just 4 days and stopped working. when i called the shop owner,he told no stock of spares. then i found out that kisan kraft are all chinese goods which are of low quality and no spares are available. i recommend everyone not to buy kisan kraft products. worst quality.
