This place is so charming in a way that’s so natural and honest and of course the quality of the food is top notch. Portuguese but worldly in flavours. I would give this place 6 stars if I could. And the owner is just so warm and know everything about the dishes and we felt at ease. Good luck G and we know you’ll do fine after this COVID.

Spot on! We are Vegan and were searching for a place to eat. We found this place and a wonderful experience! The Vegan options are beyond great . We received also some sorts of great Portugal olive oils and received explanations for each one. The staff were really nice friendly. Look at these pics , how can you say no?! Outstanding experience! Highly recommend.
The food - oh my god. Seasoned or cooked in local, fresh olive oil both the tapas and the traditional fish dish were beautiful. A perfect way to finish a day in Coimbra (with the kindest service). Oh and the magnificent cheesecake at the end - wow! Highly highly recommended!
What a wonderful find in Coimbra! So far, it has been my favorite restaurant in town. They have great vegetarian and vegan options, we simply loved everything we ordered. Not only was the food great but we were also able to learn a little bit more about olive oil. Our waiter (who I suspect is the owner) was really knowledgeable and willing to share his passion with guests. Make sure to try the olive oil sampler – the bread they serve with is also delicious – and buy some olive oil bottles to take home. Great value for money here!
What a genuine nice owner! Amazing food and service, some of the best we've had in Portugal.
Delicious food!!! Really creative menu full of super filling yummy dishes that don't leave you feeling too full or sluggish! Best of both worlds-super rich food without the food coma haha! And the olive oil here really is amazing!! And they are happy to teach you about the olive oil sourcing process.
Food was delicious, service was super-very attentive and personable. Sangria was amazing. Prawns were a bit too fishy for my wives taste, however I liked them. Olive oil soup was the best.
Amazing food - my best in Portugal so far. Good range of vegetarian options, lovely service, reasonable prices (especially considering it's so good!). A must-visit if you're in Coimbra, especially if you're a vegetarian or vegan looking for good tapas.
