I do not speak Portuguese so my husband had to translate my whole visit. And to mention it was my first visit at the salon. I felt very welcomed. I got my hair washed and massaged very gently, it was so nice. Another lady took care of the cutting process. Through my husband and with a few words from me (plus pictures on my phone) we communicated good and I'm so pleased and happy with the result. My hair feels fresh and smooth. All this for 20 euros. If I'm in Coimbra again, I will come back to the salong! I can recommend this hair salon's service! Muito obrigada :) Before and after pictures
