Nice but very small and no open views. It’s a very small tower and it’s actually just a small Coimbra Fado guitar museum that I found interesting.

The tower is very beautiful and the museum about fado is very informative. It is worth visiting, the entrance fee is very low. However, the bottom floor seemed to be out of order and it wasn’t possible to access the toilet.

La torre de Anto o torre del Prior de Ameal es una construcción situada sobre el río Mondego, en Coimbra ( Portugal) que actualmente funciona como casa de artesanía y museo. Desde 1935 es Monumento Nacional. Antiguamente formó parte de la muralla de la ciudad. Su inquilino más famoso fue el poeta António Pereira Nobre (1867-1900). Presenta una planta cuadrangular de pequeñas dimensiones, con cuatro alturas unidas por una escalera de caracol, con una cubrición a cuatro aguas.
