Update: The company returned my money. Although, I stand my point that even though we didn't answer the phone (that was cancelled as we were moving to another country), we did call them and they said that they would come in half an hour. If you book a moving with this company, make sure to keep you cellphone in your hand, because if they fail to answer the phone, they won't try to show up. Not even if you call them. I booked a moving service from Portugal to Italy. I paid the full price one month earlier so they could book the pickup date for me. They would pick up all my stuff one day before I was flying with my family. They didn't show up. I found myself in a situation in which I had all my stuff sitting outside my previous place (which I was no longer allowed to stay), and no way to carry it with me. I also had no way to postpone travel for professional reasons. I knew no one in Portugal at the time. Conclusion: I I had to throw away half of my family's stuff. And the other half I packed in 6 bags that I bought in a hurry in a nearby shopping mall. The amount of money I spent on the luggage, for the airline additional cost, and to buy again stuff that I had to throw away surpasses the moving price by over 100%. ps. They have the courage to say it was not their fault because \I didn't answer the phone to confirm it\. It was confirmed for over one month! They had two numbers and only called one! I called them during the day and they said they were on their way! In our last call (before they stopped answering me) they lied that they tried to pick it up.

I would strongly recommend NOT to use this company. We had ordered and payed for their 'premium service', which includes unloading with assembly and collection of packaging material. We ordered this service because we have a 6 month old baby and wanted to have peace of mind when we got into our new home. However this service was never provided. The movers just dumped all the boxes and pieces of furniture in the room and left. For the first week we had to eat and sleep on the floor with our small baby, we had to assembly everything ourselves and had to go to the dump multiple times to get rid of the boxes and abundance of plastic they used. After many emails and phone calls from our side, they finally replied that there had been a miscommunication but that this was our fault. As a compensation we could get a discount in the future. What is this kind of offer? Like we are going to move in two weeks again? This is totally unacceptable to us. Clearly there has been a communication failure, but this was within their own company. But apparently this seems to hard for them to admit. They are not trustworthy, extremely unprofessional and lack communication. We are considering legal action against this company.
I am extremely disappointed in this company. They don't deliver what they say and when you confront them with this, they just stop responding to your emails. In my opinion, they are thieves and they have stolen my money. I can only suggest to look for another company if you need to move.
I have a shortest on words to describe this company. It's was terrible promise everything but on the end nothing came out. They should arrive on Wednesday to start our removel from the Netherlands to Portugal but whit all kind of excuses and so one the start on Friday. There should be a 70 m3 truck but there was a 40m3 truck. It should be on Monday in Portugal it was Thursday and after I told them I would take a lawyer and take them to court. Please do not ever do business with this company.
Please be aware that two of the reviews are by the same person: Magda. There is one review by Cláudia who is mentioned in other reviews as an employee. I am looking for a moving company, this will certainly not be the one. The positive reviews are by Portuguese people (I suppose they are friends/staff covering for the terrible reviews by foreigners/actual clients)
Dont trust this company. Please becareful, they lost one of my baggage and no one accept the responsibility. I had 5 hard disk of 2 terabytes in it and many other personal stuff in that baggage. All my work samples and family photos are gone.
