I ordered two new pinball machines from this company last year, and although it took a while for me to get the machines, I had no problem it’s them. The problem is that this company can not be trusted to take orders for upcoming products. I emailed Cointaker the day a new topper was announced and asked to be put on waiting list. I was told that it would be no problem. Closer to the date of release, I contacted Cointaker and asked about topper. I was told that there was a list; I reminded Melissa that I had requested to be put on list day topper was announced, and she said it should be no problem for me to get a topper. I have never heard from Cointaker again. Not even the courtesy of telling me they couldn’t sell me product. If you are not one of their regulars, I would not order from this company, they do not respect your business.

I’m super exited to know this little treasure is so close to where I live! I wish their social media was more clear about the selection of games ready to play in the lounge, more people should know about this. We ended up calling for clarification and they were accommodating and friendly, even let us come in and play outside of their open hours. Good for a hot day.
