I tried to return a purchase and the salesman was very uncooperative, demonstrated no professionalism, lacked respect for me as a customer showing no patience, and belittled my lack of knowledge upon the return policy. When upon purchase, there was no clarification on the return policy. Without any assistance on a resolution on the situation, I was abruptly hung up by the salesman for he was “running the shop all by himself” I seek only there to be corrective measures upon the level of professionalism at this establishment.
