Love taking a trip to this spa, it’s a hidden gem! Clean and tidy, lots of different steam/sauna rooms, with various pools to enjoy.

I like this place but every time I'm there I can't help but think it really really needs some glassed roof areas so you can see the sky whilst relaxing. Edit: Went here the day of the re-opening after a efurb\ and was very disappointed to say the least. By efurb\ they literally mean they painted some walls. There is a new reception desk, the main spa has had a slightly different coat of paint and apparently the treatment rooms were retiled but thats it. The new reception will fool the new comers but the regulars will know as soon as they walk into the changing rooms that nothing has changed. In fact they hadn't even cleaned it, there was quite a bit of hair in the drain in the showers on opening night, maybe they had a Bigfoot in earlier in the day. It should of said closed for maintenance to be more accurate. I only took pictures of the new reception as there is quite literally nothing to report elsewhere. Apparently they spent 250,000 Maybe they painted it in farrow and ball. Short story, don't expect anything at all. Same old place, slightly different colour.
Signed up to book a spa day but kept saying the login details were wrong. Rang and spoke to a lady who told us to ring leisure world who didn’t answer on 6 attempts. Then created another email address to sign up again, same problem and was told there was nothing they could do and to contact leisure world who again don’t answer. So have now booked the lighthouse spa
There are slightly better places for double the price. It's great for an afternoon chill out. However there was a few bad points with stuff left on the side of the large jacuzzi thing that shouldn't be seen. All in all value for money if you can get past that.
