So handy, no parking stress, lovely warm waiting erea and loos. Buses 99 percent on time, makes shopping such a pleasure

Really friendly and helpful staff and very convenient for getting into town and not having to worry about parking. They would have got 5* but for the problems around Asda which seem to be causing havoc on Saturdays.

Easy to get to. It makes going to Colchester much easier and cheaper than using the Car Parks in the town (dependingon your length of stay, of course). Good parking and frequent bus service approximately every 20 mins. Recommended!

They so helpful as I suffer from asthma so I can't wear a mask and use my exception card they don't get funny when I show it , lovely staff, clean car park shame there isn't a little coffee shop there to serve hot drinks, sandwiches and cakes but hopefully once cov19 has gone that's something they look into
