I was looking for a particular type of tile having already wasted my time trying two other reclaims that said they had them but didn't. These guys knew exactly which ones and was the only place that actually had them. A bit pricey but hard to get hold of so can't complain too much. Good service.

Great service and very impressed with efficiency. I was looking for some very rare tiles for the roof of our 17C cottage and sent Purdys a photo. They identified the tile quickly and miraculously, had some in stock. Next day delivery was arranged and today the tiles arrived. Only caution, the pallet lorry is huge and after a phone call I arranged to meet the driver in a local car park to off load the tiles as he was unlikely to get down our narrow village High Street. Great service all round. Am now a fan! Well done John and the Purdy team.

Appaling service, rude on phone, didnt turn up twice, sent out newly painted ridge tiles instead of the old green tiles i sent photos of, sent down to him with one of his workers then he put a thin coat of black paint over them, that is still not what i paid for, i paid for a roofer to come out twice and took three days off of work, for them not to bother showing up, in the end we excepted the dodgy painted tiles, because of bad weather coming, delived eventually this morming and guess what big chips of the corners of several of them, which they must have none about because the chips were painted as well, i give up, delivery man very apologetic, but not his fault, i show never use this place again, and advice anyone i know doesn't, extremely angry to say the least
