Fantastic, caring and compassionate vets. Unfortunately my cat had to stay asleep after an exploratory operation. The staff are amazing.

Never easy taking pets to the vets. Our dog was not her normal self. Meet in the carpark for Covid checks before being taken through to see the vet. The practice is always clean and tidy without having a hospital smell. Staff were great and the vet was superb. After a number of tests and a short stay our beloved pet was released with medicine and advice to rest. Appointments only and plenty of parking. Waiting area is restricted but only had to wait a few minutes for the appointment. Staff always helpful and pleasant.

Been going to Penrose and partners for over 18 years had no complaints . From the moment you phone you know your pet is in good hands ,the front desk team are friendly and professional especially Terry who goes the extra mile . The vets are always very good and kind and have a genuine interest in your pet .my dog Rio hates the vets but they always very kind to him and often give him a treat . In the situation we are in you are made to feel safe .100 % satisfied

I picked up flea front line I allways have Nick have been seeing him for a few years now he looks after my cat Pudding he was a street Cat .hes the best vet ever thank you penrose staff are allways very happy helpful.
