Very helpful and stock alsorts.
I went to ask about dog leads. The owner wasn’t available but a child was seated behind the toll. When I asked a question he called his dad. His dad seemed helpful at first but seemed to say anything for a quick sale. Because I chose not to buy ( I didn’t know if the lead would fit my dog and don’t live in Colchester so would be hard to return if I had to) the owner huffed as if annoyed and marched straight back upstairs which I thought was so rude. I left feeling awkward and glad that I didn’t give him my custom in the end. Won’t go there again.
Always welcomed in, lovely little shop with great products. Friendly and helpful service.
Nice little shop in the town centre. He sells plenty of everyday pet products as well as can make pet tags while you wait.
