I have went to Alberta Works multiple times this year for multiple topics. I was treated very poorly the times I have went in. I am a young adult and while some, NOT all, may create a bad name for younger people, does not mean that I should be treated with less respect than someone older or more professional. I understand that sometimes not all questions can not be answered and you may be directed to speak to someone else, which was fine for me to do, however she was very rude about this and did not take my questions seriously, and when I questioned why she was directing me to go to a different building, she gave me a rude look and was not polite in any means nor did she have an adequate explanation other that, one of us here are trained to know that stuff\. If you are looking for questions to be answered, i would recommend going online or calling the corresponding number for you questions on the government website.
