Some of the rudest staff at a bank I have ever encountered. First off when a client calls about an issue and they are upset you don't start by raising your voice and interrupting them. My fiance ended up dealing with a rude female teller and I dealt with a rude male via telephone at this branch. Do yourself a favor and save the stress and go to the Bonnyville branch where the staff are a bit more professional. Last but not least, the male I was talking to seemed confused when I used the word irate, if you don't know what that word means then you probably shouldn't be employed at a bank.
Always had a really awesome and friendly experience at this bank......forever understanding when it come to their client's need's and always supportive of small to large businesses.....have banked and stayed with the same bank from Ottawa to Toronto to Edmonton and now Coldlake.....and have always got a really awesome customer service......love the staff love the bank.......great job guys
