I don't know whether to be more disappointed in their customer service or the fact that they don't know what's in their product. I called beverly international and left a message to ask if a specific product had any corn or vanilla since I struggle with food allergies. No responce or call back from them. Then today I called and was able to speak with a representative. They took no care or concern to find out and told me if I have an allergy I should refer the question to my physician. Zero attempt to actually try to find out. They did not want to help me. I've called many companies for further product information over the years and were all helpful. Zero compassion. I have never felt so dispensable as a customer than with beverly international.
