Overall, I would recommend Brookstone. I lived here for almost three years with a roommate and we had a really good experience. The office staff were always very friendly/helpful. Maintenance was quick if there was ever an issue. The complex is kept clean and we always felt safe here. The apartments are spacious and the appliances were updated. I also loved the location because you are only 15 minutes away from Cincinnati but you still feel secluded away from the city. It's conveniently located just a few minutes away from a Kroger and Meijer too. The only cons to living here that I personally experienced were (1) the increase in rent prices each year and (2) loud cracking noises that could be heard through our walls when people above us would use bathrooms (some sort of issue with the pipes) that was never resolved. As for moving out, I appreciated that the staff made it a smooth and easy process for us. I would recommend living here!

Welcome to Brookstone! Yes, it was my first experience with the leasing office which made me feel home when I started hunting for apartments when I moved to US. It’s is a great place to live! Conveniently located 15 minutes from Downtown Cincinnati and near to grocery stores. If you are looking for a place to live close to Downtown Cincinnati, I bet you found one now. You can enjoy the pool opening day, dog parties, 5 pizza party, garage sales and some times free breakfast. (photo1-leasing office, photo2- AA highway off the Brookstone)
Brookstone Crossing has been a great place to live for the most part. However, the biggest annoyance is that the complex will not accept packages from USPS. As you can imagine, this is not ideal for residents. I know several people have complained about the situation, but they have not offered a solution.
I lived at Brookstone Crossing in 2008-2009. I can honestly say that the property still has the same look and feel 10 years later! You can tell that everything is well taken care of and that the staff truly cares. The property is still like-new! One of my favorite features about the apartments is the outside storage and garages. I was in between homes and loved all the storage options for my stuff that didn’t quite fit in the 2 bedroom. This place is great!
This is a great place to live! The apartments are updated and I love the high ceilings! The maintenance staff does a great job keeping the community clean. The location is so convenient! There are 3 major grocery stores less than 5 min away, several places to shop nearby, literally anything you could want to eat within 10 min or less, close to NKU, and other schools for elementary and high school students. It's great being so close to Cincinnati, but still outside of the city to enjoy the nice quiet peaceful vibes of a community. I love it!!
