Goetz TV recently did a replacement of my LG OLED TV panel and I couldn't have had a better experience. I will definitely be using this business again in the future. Dealing with LG to get the service was a headache, but once it was handed off to Goetz it was smooth sailing and the repair was scheduled extremely quickly. Thank you for the great service!

They didn't really seem interested in helping me.
He was able to help me get my TV up and running with directions by TELEPHONE! Very polite and helpful person who actually listened to an old sick lady. If either of my televisions ever break, I know where I'M going!! Thank you.
I don't think the repairs charged were the repairs done. No old parts were returned when asked for them.
