We were first-time home buyers and new to the area. Ann was a complete joy to work with. She walked us through the process and made sure that everything we needed was done quickly and efficiently in such a hot market. She is extremely responsive; I would send an email and expected a response in a day or two but would receive a reply within hours, if not minutes. At the same time, she is knowledgeable enough to tell me when to relax and let the bank do its job. She recommended an excellent inspector and law office (as well as alternatives) which was particularly helpful for a family unfamiliar with the region. Ann gave us the warmest welcome to the Hudson Valley and worked hard to make our dream house come true.

Working with Ann on our first home was the best choice we ever made. She knew the area, listened to our needs/wants and became a friend through the process. When we saw a home that wasn’t right instead of pushing us towards it she laid out the problems and let us know we can do better. After a long search when we chose a home she recommended a fantastic inspector who saved us from making buying a home with structural issues. Then Ann comforted us and helped us to rally and restart the search. Ultimately we found an amazing home with her help. She was a great negotiator and helped to manage the very difficult realtor the seller was working with. If we ever need to work with a realtor again it would be my first choice to work with her and I’ll recommend her to anyone who will listen!
Ann showed us a number of houses and was very helpful as we considered the benefits and downsides of each. She used that to focus our search, and was willing to do Zoom walk throughs to save us time. She then helped us to find and buy THE house we wanted, even when there was already an accepted offer on it! She continued to be engaged, responsive and generous with her time and assistance, through closing, and even since then as we've had questions and have looked for suggestions in the area. Ann is great.
