PROs: I rented a tent and around 40 chairs with covers from them. The tent and chairs were perfect for the use I needed. CONs: They aren't very clear about setup not being included when you pay for delivery (which is a 200 fee for Saturday). They had an issue with losing my chair covers although we left them on the chairs so how they got one and not the other is beyond me. They're very bad about returning emails, to get anything done you need to call and that's hit or miss too.
