Kellie is a very knowledgeable agent that takes the time to get to know you as a client and what you're looking for and does her best to find just the right house for you. She found me an absolutely perfect home that had everything I needed and wanted at a price lower than I expected. My loan was a government loan, so it was not without it's hurdles and slow in getting it put together, but through it all she was positive and patient, unlike the seller's agent. In the last 6 years we employed Paul Drew twice as a buyer's agent, and each time we ended up buying the house. Paul carefully listened to our needs and desires and communicated them to the seller without alteration. Even during tough negotiation times Paul never appeared discouraged and never stopped advocating for us. I don't know the majority of real estate agents in Butte, so I don't know how Paul compares to them; however, based on my experience with him I would recommend Paul to anyone interested in buying a house in Butte!
