If anyone is looking to sell/buy a house Durette Lively is the amazing realtor we used through Coldwell Bankerfor the sale of our house & the purchase of our new home! She used her talent to sell our house in the middle of the year, we had an insanely quick escrow! We also found our dream home with all the bells and whistles one could possibly hope for! Unfortunately the sellers realtor was a complete nightmare and headache! Durette could've easily told us that the owner wanted to go with someone else, but she stuck with it, worked day and night through calls, texts, & emails, many of which went unanswered by the other realtor!
