This is the most unorganized and unprofessionally operated “medical” facility I’ve experienced to date. After my son was fitted for a helmet, we were told to come back in if he had any redness or the helmet needed to be trimmed or modified in any way. He did have multiple red spots but they refused to see us. They simply said “go buy some sand paper and sand the helmet down yourself.” For his one month check up, they called to cancel my sons appointment the morning of - after we were in route to the office. They have rescheduled twice, and cancelled on us twice. Now, we have left multiple messages to schedule his follow up appointment and no one will return our calls. He has had the helmet for two months now and has yet to be seen by the “Doctor” again. If you want actual quality care for your child, I highly recommend going anywhere else.
