Great place to visit foe a few hours or all day adventure. Plenty of parking, decent kids play area, outdoor picnic tables, cafe etc. Walk a little further and lots of routes to follow, including sculpture trail, Go Ape, and more. You can hire dedicated BBQ space too, which is a great idea - each space comes with dedicated parking, steel bbq, and picnic benches.

It's a great place to come to for a walk/run. There are several walking trails and the family cycle trail that isn't too hard. There's also the start of the sculpture trail, but you can join it from others places along the route. Was raining today so very quiet, but it was early tbh. You can still use the cafe to get a takeaway coffee etc. Plenty of parking available too.

Lovely to get out and grateful that cafe is open, BUT, disappointed at the number of members of public ignoring the 'closed off' picnic benches outside the cafe. Also disappointed that no one from the cafe was attempting to move them on. Covid rules are very clear, but only work when adhered to.

Fantastic place to walk! Lots of ways to go, very peaceful and lovely sights. Great for dog walking, general hiking and photo shoots :D

We popped into the cafe here before going on the Sculpture Trail, initially impressed by the covid safety measures, and then the variety on offer. We hadn't expected dietary requirements to be catered to so well, really enjoyed the vegan mozzarella and roasted veg ciabatta. Reasonably priced as well.
