Fab evening meal here with the wife. Lovely setting and very nice facilities inside with clean interior. Food was sublime, nice and warm and fresh food delivered at a speedy service. Only knocked off 1* as it was quite a quick turnaround between each course and the puddings were lovely but a bit oversized and presentation could be better. Not to be snuffed at and will certainly be back for the rump 10oz steak with stilton!!!

First visit, good atmosphere and warm welcome. Food very good, caters for GF diets and staff extremely helpful.

Really excellent meal, truly the best we have had in a long while, home cooked , tasty, we can recommend the steak and ale pie, which I a proper pie, shortcut pastry base, flaky pastry top. Lovely gravy too. Excellent attentive service. Highly recommended. Thank you p.s desserts also perfect
